Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
 
There will be possible delays due to high volume orders or postal service problems. 
We ship internationally. Any import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping rates and times may vary depending on the postal service.
 
Shipping via Bpost or DPD. Delivery within Belgium takes 2-3 business days. Costs will be automatically estimated during checkout. Shipping cost in Belgium is €4,99 per order and free shipping for orders over €75. Delivery within Brussels takes 1-2 business days and we will deliver by bike
 
In Netherlands and Luxembourg shipping cost is €7,99 per order and free shipping for orders over €99. The estimated shipping time is 2-4 business days.
 
For the rest of the EU the shipping cost per order is €12,99. The estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days. For the rest of the world it is €5 per card and the shipping time is 5-9 business days.

How do I check the status of my order?

 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
 
If you have not received your order within 1 month of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 
jalipopupcards@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
 
Refunds, returns and exchanges
 
We currently do not accept returns. In the event that your order is damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jalipopupcards@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
 
We will handle it on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
